Syfy Films, the cable channels movie production arm, has optioned “Game of Thrones” novelist George R. R. Martin’s series of superhero novels, “Wild Cards,” to be written by Melinda Snodgrass.
Snodgrass and Martin are both among the writers on the two-dozen-plus novels, which are penned by a wide variety of SF scribes including the late Roger Zelazny and longtime “X-Men” comicbook scribe Chris Claremont.
