WB vet Eric Pankowski to oversee program development

Reveille has named Eric Pankowski senior veep of creative affairs overseeing syndicated programming, while also appointing Chris Campbell and Jake Smith to key exec positions.

Pankowski will be charged with spearheading development of syndie shows in his newly created role. Most recently senior veep at ParaMedia after previous stints at Warner Bros. and Telepictures, Pankowski has been a creative exec on skeins including “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

Campbell, who had served as executive in charge of post production for Mark Burnett Prods. since 2002, will fill the same role with Reveille, while Smith will become the shingle’s exec director of branded entertainment, focusing on digital.

Gaha worked with Campbell, whose credits include “Survivor” and “The Apprentice,” at Burnett’s company. Smith was previously a partner and senior producer at Mindshare Entertainment North America.
