Cologne — Germany’s Beta Film has sold tyke toons series “Princess Lillifee” and “Moonbeam Bear” to U.S. cable channel Starz.
Including the latest deal, the adventures of fairy Lillifee have now sold to 64 countries, per Munich-based Beta. “Moonbeam Bear” was also picked up by Disney Junior Channel in Spain. Both series are produced by Caligari Film and WunderWerk in co-production with Beta Film, and distributed through its family entertainment label, Wunderbox.
