Marc Graboff has been elected to the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation board of directors.
Graboff currently tops West Coast TV business operations for NBCU. He has previously served as chairman of NBC Entertainment and Universal Media Studios, and prexy of NBCUniversal Television, West Coast, among other exec roles.
In his post on the TV Acad’s board of directors, Graboff will help oversee initiatives including the Archive of American Television, the College Television Awards, Faculty Seminar and the Foundation’s Student Internship Program.
“It’s a great pleasure to welcome a former colleague and friend like Marc to the board,” said board chairman Jerry Petry. “He’s going to bring great energy and dedication to the foundation and its educational mission.”
