Fox net sets summer sked

'Dance' back for eighth season May 26

Fox will kick off its summer schedule with the return of mainstay unscripted series “So You Think You Can Dance” on May 26.

After a two-hour premiere that Thursday, “Dance” will shift the next week to Wednesdays and Thursdays: A two-hour performance show will be followed by a one-hour results show the following day.

Also returning on the unscripted side is a double helping of chef Gordon Ramsay between “Masterchef” at 8 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays beginning June 6 and “Hell’s Kitchen” at 9 on Tuesdays beginning July 19.

Fox will fill out the rest of its schedule with encore showings of its scripted stalwarts including “House” on Mondays at 9 p.m.; the combination of “Raising Hope” and “Traffic Light” on Tuesdays from 9-10 p.m., and “Glee” on Thursdays at 9. Friday will be filled out with the one-two punch of “Bones” and “Lie to Me.”

Major League Baseball’s All-Star Game is set for July 12 on Fox.
