Comedy Central renews ‘Tosh’

Commentary show to return for fourth season

Comedy Central has renewed pop culture and Internet commentary show “Tosh.0” for a fourth season, ordering 26 new episodes skedded to premiere in 2012. The show, hosted by comedian Daniel Tosh, averaged 4.2 million viewers in its third season, making it the net’s highest-rated series.

“Daniel is still trying to figure out what his show is and we thought it would only be right to give him another season to work it out, especially since so many millions of people are watching it,” network programming honcho Kent Alterman said in a statement.
