TV on DVD is distributed by multi-media giant

Millennium Media Services has inked a deal to distribute Gaiam Inc.’s catalog of reality and fitness programming to Best Buy.

Titles include Travel Channel’s “Man v. Food,” TLC’s “Sarah Palin’s Alaska,” Discovery Channel’s “Shark Week: Restless Fury,” “Man vs. Wild,” ABC Family’s “Make It or Break It” and Rodney Yee’s “Yoga for Beginners.”

Millennium, run by Bill Lee, and senior VP of sales Marie O’Reilly-Thein, also handles DVD distribution for A&E Home Entertainment, MPI, Bandai, Acorn Media, Carsey-Werner and NBC Universal, among others.

Last month, Millennium partnered with WE tv to create a collection of five DVDs under the banner “Weddings WE Love,” to be exclusively sold at Target stores nationwide and on Target.com.
