LONDON — Next year’s BBC Worldwide Showcase, the first to be held in Liverpool, will underscore the growing importance of VOD to distributors by devoting an entire day to digital media.

Also speaking is the CEO and co-founder of Internet start-up Miso, Somrat Niyogi. Miso specializes in social TV viewing.
BBC Worldwide topper Steve Macallister said: “Digital growth is a huge focus for BBC Worldwide and we’ve made great strides in the past year.
“I’m thrilled that we’re able to bring some of the leading minds in this space to join us in Liverpool to share and debate their insights with an international delegation.”
