Joe Lyle Taylor has been cast in a supporting role in “The Dark Knight Rises.” He recently wrapped production on the indie “Seven Days in Utopia,” starring Melissa Leo. Other past credits include work on the FX skein “Justified.”

“Weeds” alum Allie Grant and Ashley Rickards have landed supporting roles in the indie pic “Struck by Lightning.” Grant will play the high school yearbook editor, while Rickards will play an outcast who writes for Chris Colfer’s literary mag. Grant is a series regular on ABC’s new comedy “Suburgatory” and Rickards stars on MTV’s new show “Awkward.”

Emma Greenwell has booked a recurring role on Showtime’s “Shameless.” She’ll play Mandy Milkovich, the character previously played by Jane Levy, who was just cast as the lead in ABC’s “Suburgatory.”

Erin Moriarty has just booked a role in the indie “The Philosphers.” Pic also stars Bonnie Wright and James D’Arcy. Past Credits for Moriarty include “Law and Order” and “One Life to Live.”

Michael Grant has booked a recurring role on “Secret Life of the American Teenager.” He’ll play a tough kid caught up in the foster care system who’s taken in by by Daren Kagasoff’s character.
