Trio of execs elevated to exec VP and team-leader roles

Fox Broadcasting Co. has reorganized its marketing and communications department, elevating a trio of longtime execs to team leader roles reporting to marketing prexy Joe Earley.

Laurel Bernard has been upped to exec veep of marketing, adding affiliate marketing and multiplatform distribution marketing to her oversight of on-air promo and national media. Among the execs in Bernard’s team, Michelle Garry has been upped to senior veep of multi-platform distribution marketing.

Brian Dollenmayer has been upped to exec veep of on-air promotions and marketing operations. His team includes Steven Weinheimer, senior veep of on-air promotion operations.

Shannon Ryan has advanced to exec veep of marketing and communications. On Ryan’s team, George Oswald has been elevated to exec veep of creative services group and exec producer of special projects, while Jason Clark has been upped to senior veep of publicity and corporate communications. Tomiko Iwata has also been promoted to senior veep of the creative services group.

“Shannon, Laurel and Brian have been invaluable leaders on both the creative and strategic fronts,” Earley said. “These promotions, along with those of George, Jason, Michelle and Tomiko, create a new structure which increases collaboration and innovation.”

Bernard has been with Fox since 1989, most recently serving as senior VP of marketing. Dollenmayer joined the network in 1994 and was most recently senior veep of on-air promotion and creative marketing. Ryan was upped to senior veep in 2007.
