David Mumford, exec veep of planning and research for Sony Pictures TV, has expanded his duties to cover the company’s worldwide operations. Mumford has been with Sony Pictures TV and its predecessors for more than 20 years.
Telemundo has promoted Michael Rodriguez to exec VP of multimedia development and distribution. Rodriguez was previously senior veep of sales for the Spanish-lingo network.
Jennifer Sabatelle has been named veep of communications at CBS Sports. Sabatelle has been with the Eye’s sports wing since 2000. Gerard Caraccioli has been upped to exec director of communications for the division. He’s been with the Eye since 1997.
Nickelodeon has promoted Keiren Fisher to senior veep of series production for the West Coast. Fisher has spent the past 13 years at the kidvid cabler, most recently as veep of production. Nickelodeon has also upped Marc Epstein to veepee of new business and integrated marketing. Epstein, based in Gotham, joined Nickelodeon’s marketing department in 2005.
Cheryl O’Quinn has advanced to senior director, per program services for BMI’s Media Licensing department. O’Quinn, who has been with BMI since 1997, oversees the administration of BMI’s TV pacts.
Retirement Living TV has upped Paul FitzPatrick to prexy and chief operating officer. A cable TV veteran, FitzPatrick had been serving as a senior strategic consultant for the Baltimore-based RLTV.
