Insiders: Exec shuffles

Joe Hart has joined Deluxe Entertainment Services Group as senior veep of digital cinema for North America. Hart has worked in the digital cinema and information technology biz for the past 20 years and helped pioneer the use of satellite networks for delivering trailers and other content to exhibs.

Oxygen Media has appointed Teri Kennedy as veep of current production and David Gross as veep of development. Kennedy has worked as a producer on such skeins as “Survivor” and “The Real World.” Gross previously worked in development posts at Lifetime, MTV and WMA.

Brian Rabolli has joined Octagon as veep of business affairs for the management-production agency’s entertainment division. Rabolli spent 23 years with WMA and most recently worked as director of business affairs for CBS Studios Intl.

Michael Haggerty has been appointed senior veep of research for Bravo and Style Media. Haggerty joins the NBCUniversal cablers after heading the domestic research department at ad giant Universal McCann.
