ICM’s Mike Jelline exits agency

Exec was head of TV talent division since 2008

ICM TV talent head Mike Jelline is leaving the agency.

Jelline, who has not disclosed his next move, has a long list of familiar names from the TV world as clients, including Paul Wesley (“Vampire Diaries”), Aaron Paul (“Breaking Bad”) and Jason O’Mara (“Terra Nova”). Expect a scramble to snap up his clients — and ICM’s efforts to keep them in the fold.

Jelline succeeded Leigh Brillstein in 2008 as head of the division; he has been with ICM since 1997. Brillstein remained at the agency but shifted managerial responsibilities for the department to Jelline in order to focus on her clients.

Insiders noted that Jelline was looking to pare down administrative duties for personal reasons.

ICM is expected to replace Jelline in the next few days.
