Glasser joined a struggling TWC in 2008 and now oversees all day-to-day operations. He’s helped turn the company around with such successes as Oscar winner “The King’s Speech” and in the past year has made key hires, including worldwide publicity prexy Sarah Greenberg Roberts, distribution head Erik Lomis and marketing chief Stephen Bruno. Company’s buzzworthy slate includes “The Artist” and “The Iron Lady.” “The challenge was to refocus on what we do best and get rid of any assets that didn’t make sense,” he says.

Kramer oversees all business and legal affairs for feature film, television productions and talent deals, as well as TWC’s various output, distribution and motion picture financing arrangements. He was instrumental in TWC’s acquisition of a 25% stake in Starz Media and video output arrangements with its home entertainment arm, Anchor Bay Entertainment.

KEY DEALS: Rebooting acquisitions, production, hammering out the Disney settlement, cutting the Anchor Bay deal and restructuring the company.
