As Kevin Huvane’s right-hand man and a trainee in the CAA motion picture talent department, the life-long film fan is privy to all the photos/_specials_arts/assist10_info_latt.jpg” vspace=”3″ hspace=”3″ align=”left”>inner workings of the business. “I get to work with all the top clients and all the departments that Kevin touches, along with all the meetings, brainstorms — just a great education,” he says. Perhaps Latt was predestined for such a role; his stepmother runs the Sundance Film Labs, “and since I was 5 I’ve gone there and always loved cinema and always known that I’d somehow be involved in this business,” says Latt, whose ultimate goal is to become a film agent. The biggest challenges of his current job? “Staying on top of the constant influx of material and information, accountability to your colleagues and peers, and management of time,” says the hiking and travel enthusiast who finds time to run Runyon Canyon before work each day.
