Vevo, the leading Web music service, will exclusively stream this year’s Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival for four days.Select live and on-demand performances will be available on the site during the June 9-12 event in Manchester, TN. Sponsors of the Webcast will include Ford Motors. Headliners at this year’s fest include Eminem, Arcade Fire, Lil Wayne and the reunited Buffalo Springfield. Perfs will be available on Vevo Mobile, with on-demand programming also available through Vevo-connected devices and syndication partners like YouTube, AOL, BET and CBS Interactive Music Group. Vevo will also launch a number of franchise web series programs distributed via the Vevo platform and the new Bonnaroo Channel (bonnaroo.vevo.com), and also available at http://www.bonnaroo.com. Vevo — a partnership of Universl Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment and the Abu Dhabi Media Co. — has pioneered live streaming of high-profile concert events. The site launched its concert Webcast series “Unstaged” last August with a streamed Arcade Fire show at Madison Square Garden, directed by Terry Gilliam and presented by American Express.
