Joel Roman joins tenpercentery

Joel Roman has joined Paradigm in the tenpercentery’s music division.

The music agent has been brought on to create crossover opportunities for the agency’s music clients in all areas including film, TV and gaming.

Roman’s accomplishments included negotiating deals on various soundtracks including “Hustle and Flow,” “Juno” and “Fast & Furious.”

Besides traditional soundtrack development, he has also worked with such artists as Wyclef Jean, Billy Corgan and the Chemical Brothers.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Roman was with William Morris.
