Lady Gaga wins for best short video in pre-telecast ceremony
The starting gun has gone off for the 53rd annual Grammy Awards, as the first of 109 winners were announced at the afternoon pre-telecast ceremony at the L.A Convention Center.
Lady Gaga picked up the first award for the day for best short form video, for “Bad Romance.” The Doors’ feature “When You’re Strange” took best long form video.
Other Grammy winners will be revealed on Variety.com throughout the afternoon and this evening. The evening ceremony begins at Staples Center at 5 p.m., and will be televised live in the east on CBS.
