NEW YORK — Six of the 11 shows pulled in more than $1 million in Week 2 (June 6-12). “Next to Normal” returned to the slate, which, combined with increases at “West Side Story” and “Les Miserables,” boosted box office almost 11%. The Vancouver, B.C., production of “Wicked,” aided by favorable exchange rates, took the weekly crown, with almost $1.8 million in sales. Total gross for the week was $11,429,800.
