Audience awards make up for Tony snub?

Broadway.com’s Audience Choice Awards handed the Tony-snubbed Daniel Radcliffe no fewer than two trophies on Sunday.

“I should have brought a box to stand on,” said Radcliffe, on stage next to his much taller “How to Succeed in Business” co-star John Larroquette in the Allen Room at Jazz at Lincoln Center.

Host Vanessa Williams put the whole legit awards phenom in perspective. “Just remember when your pilot doesn’t get picked up, you will always have a home on Broadway.”
