Elise Neal has signed with APA. Credits include arcs on “The Cape” and “K-Ville.” Neal continues to be managed by Vincent Cirrincione Associates.

CAA has tapped Ann Blanchard to join its TV department. She comes to the agency after working as a manager at Mosiac. Before that she served a long stint at WMA.

China Chow, host of Bravo’s “Work of Art: The Next Great Artist,” has inked with CAA.

UTA has signed William Johnk Nielsen, star of this year’s foreign-lingo Oscar winner “In a Better World.” He continues to be represented by the Panorama Agency in Denmark.
