Silverman wears many hats on ‘Dirty’ movie

Thesp to star, produce, co-direct pic

EXCLUSIVE: Jonathan Silverman has signed on to star, produce and co-direct “Dirty Movie II” from National Lampoon.

Silverman will co-helm with Alan Donnes, who will also pen the script. The sequel’s story revolves around two young film students who set to make the dirtiest, most offensive comedy ever. The seek the help of their uncle, played by Silverman.

Cast includes Robert Klein, Lance Nichols, Jon Klaft and Nolan Gerard Funk. Original pic starred Christopher Meloni, who also co-directed and produced.

Silverman is repped by Paradigm and Untitled Entertainment.
