SAG kudos log in submissions

Organizers encourage online submissions

Organizers of the 18th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards are reaching out to publicists and actor reps to encourage them to file submissions for noms consideration online.

Kudocast was honored in both 2009 and 2010 with the Environmental Media Assn.’s Green Seal and has used the Internet for submissions and voting in the past. Forms are still available from the SAG Awards website or by calling their office, but this will be the final year that paper submissions will be accepted.

Submissions opened on July 11 and will close on Oct. 27 at 5 p.m. Noms will be announced Dec. 14 at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. Final SAG Award voting online is also being encouraged, as voting by paper will be available only upon request between Oct. 3, 2011 and Jan. 16, 2012.

Ceremony will be simulcast live from the Los Angeles Shrine Exposition Center.
