Relativity buys FilmNation’s ‘House’

Jennifer Lawrence stars in Mark Tonderai thriller

Relativity Media has acquired domestic distribution rights to the FilmNation thriller “House at the End of the Street,” starring Jennifer Lawrence.

Directed by Mark Tonderai, pic tells the story of a mother and daughter who move into a new community and find themselves next door to a house with a deadly past.

Elizabeth Shue and Max Theriot round out the cast.

FilmNation’s Aaron Ryder is producing along with Peter Block from A Bigger Boat, with FilmNation handling international distribution.

Lawrence, the Oscar-nominated thesp from “Winter’s Bone,” most recently signed on to star in Lionsgate’s “Hunger Games” and can next be seen in 20th Century Fox’s “X-Men: First Class.”

Lawrence is repped by CAA.
