Paradigm poaching Abrams’ youth dept

Deal would bring over 40 clients

Paradigm is in the process of making a deal that would bring over the youth department of the Abrams Artist Agency, a potentially major blow to the 34-year-old boutique tenpercentery.

The deal isn’t 100 percent finished, but sources say it’s likely to happen. When it does, it would bring Wendi Green and Jennifer Millar to Paradigm with their close to 40 clients including “Two and a Half Men” star Angus Jones.

“It’s like buying an agency without buying an agency,” one insider told Variety.

While the youth department was a substantial part of Abrams, sources close to the agencies said Paradigm has no intention of merging the two companies.
