The pic also stars Vince Vaughn, Jonah Hill and Rosemarie Dewitt with Akiva Schaffer helming.

Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg penned the script that centers on a group of concerned neighbors that form a neighborhood watch group to stop crime, only to uncover a bigger conspiracy.

Shawn Levy is producing.

Braun recently booked the lead in Lionsgate comedy “Gay Dude” and can also be seen in the Fox Searchlight pic “The Perks of Being Wallflower.”

He is repped by WME and Levine/Okwu/Erickson.
