“King’s Speech” snags best ensemble at SBFF

Awards will be distributed Jan. 31

The Santa Barbara Film Festival will honor “The King’s Speech” with its best motion picture ensemble of the year award on Jan. 31 at the Arlington Theater.

Helmer Tom Hooper, Colin Firth, Helena Bonham Carter and Geoffrey Rush will all be in attendance, with Rush receiving the Montecito Award Tribute.

“The King’s Speech” won the Producers Guild of America award for picture on Sunday.

The fest starts Thursday and runs through Feb. 6.
