Bartlett, Rollins, Schweitzer to oversee centralized department
ICM has upped three agents to oversee a centralized talent department encompassing all platforms.
The percentery previously had separate talent wings for film and TV. Lorrie Bartlett, Dar Rollins and Adam Schweitzer will now serve as co-heads of a talent department stretching across film, television, theater, branding and new media. The move follows the exit earlier this week of former TV talent head Mike Jelline (Daily Variety, March 29).
“We’re realigning our leadership to a forward-thinking approach that encompasses the full scope of representation,” ICM prexy Chris Silbermann said in announcing the new structure.
Prior to this announcement, Schweitzer and Scott Schacter had overseen the film department while Mike Jelline oversaw TV. Earlier this week, Jelline announced he would be leaving ICM.
Schweitzer previously headed the motion picture talent department. Bartlett joined the agency’s motion picture department in 2008. Rollins has been a TV agent for the percentery since 2004.
