Fox taps Zachary Eller senior VP

Ex-Sony exec to marketing post

Twentieth Century Fox has tapped former Sony Pictures marketing exec Zachary Eller as senior VP, partnership marketing and promotions.

He will report to chief marketing officer Oren Aviv and chief creative officer Tony Sella.

In his new position, effective Aug. 22, Eller will oversee the studio’s domestic marketing, partnerships and promotions.

At Sony, Eller erved as VP, international promotions and licensing. During his tenure at the studio, Sony partnered with brands including Coke, Ford, 7-Eleven, News Corp. and Viacom as well as Google, LG, Vodafone and T-Mobile.

Before joining Sony, Eller served as exec director of media and promotions for Sony Pictures Digital, managing the company’s digital media and partnerships for theatrical, home entertainment and TV properties.
