Advanced shows planned for 'Glee: The 3D Concert Movie'

Giving fans a chance to “Gleek” out early, 20th Century Fox will unspool special advance showings of “Glee: The 3D Concert Movie” two days before its worldwide bow.

Studio is also putting together a merchandising package for the two-day event, starting Aug. 10, which includes a “Glee” pin, commemorative ticket and lanyard, silicone bracelet, hat, “Glee” RealD 3D glasses and a backpack.

Entire package, including the movie ticket, will cost $30.

Screenings will play in 291 theaters across the U.S. and Canada.

“Concert” complements the recent “Glee Live!” tour, which sold more than 500,000 tickets for 40 shows across North America and the U.K.

“Gleeks” can buy tickets for the advanced screenings July 13 through the pic’s Facebook page or through gleeksneak3d.com the next day.

Kevin Tancharoen directed “Concert” with “Glee” co-creator and exec producer Ryan Murphy producing.
