eOne nabs ‘Comedown’ in France

Studiocanal holds U.K. rights

LONDON — eOne has snapped up French rights to Menhaj Huda’s horror pic “Comedown,” which is lensing in London.

Pic was previously acquired by Studiocanal for the U.K., from a script by Steven Kendall. It’s produced by Serotonin Films’ Dominic Norris and Gareth Wiley’s Phoenix Wiley. AV Pictures is handling international sales.

Story follows six teens who become the target of a psychopath when they break into the condemned tower block they lived in as kids. It stars Jacob Anderson, Jessica Barden, Sophie Stuckey, Duane Henry, Calum MacNab, Adam Deacon and Geoff Bell.
