Company's 'Aromascope' to give auds smell test

Dimension Films will release smells to complement its summer kid pic “Spy Kids: All the Time in the World.”

Company is dubbing the program “Aromascope,” which will allow auds to access film-related odors eight times during the Robert Rodriguez film. Moviegoers will receive a complimentary “Aromascope card” with numbers corresponding to specific segments of the film. As the numbers flash on screen, users can rub the card to release a smell enhancing the on-screen scene.

“All the Time in the World” is the fourth installment in the “Spy Kids” franchise, which have cumed more tha $400 million worldwide.
