Directors Guild promotes Dreyfus, Baker
The Directors Guild of America has promoted associate general counsel David Dreyfus to general counsel and assistant general counsel Tiffanie Baker to the associate general counsel slot.
DGA national exec director Jay Roth announced the moves Thursday, two days after the DGA promoted longtime general counsel David Korduner to associate national exec director-senior general counsel.
Dreyfus joined the DGA in 2007 and has overseen resolution of grievances and arbitration of claims and litigation, while working on creative rights, residuals and credits and participating in collective bargaining negotiations and contract drafting.
Baker joined the DGA in 2009 and regularly negotiates with producers, banks and other third parties on documents needed for project clearance and is solely responsible for handling legal matters related to the DGA’s financial assurances program.
