Codeblack feels the ‘Love’

It will release romantic comedy in July

Codeblack has acquired domestic distribution to romantic comedy “Politics of Love” and plans a July theatrical release.

“Love” centers on a black Republican, portrayed by Brian White, who falls in love with an Indian Democrat, played by Bollywood star Mallika Sherawat, during the 2008 presidential election.

“Love” is directed by William Dear (“A Perfect Game”) and written by Gary Goldstein. Producers are William Sees Keenan, Govind Menon and Vikram Lamba. It’s a Nuclear Mango production in association with Split Image Pictures and Davic Holdings.

Film also stars Loretta Devine, Ruby Dee and Gerry Bednob.
