Exclusive: Juno Temple and Emily Browning will star with Michael Cera in the indie thriller “Magic, Magic.”
Also joining the cast is Oscar nominee Catalina Sandino Moreno.
Sebastian Silva will write and direct with Mike White, David Bernad, Christine Vachon and Pamela Koffler producing through Rip Cord and Killer Films.
Pic revolves around a girl vacationing with her friends in a remote area of Chile who slowly starts losing her mental faculties.
Production is expected to start late this summer.
UTA packaged the film and is currently shopping it to domestic and foreign buyers in Cannes.
Though she recently signed on for a role in “The Dark Knight Rises,” Temple is sticking with her indie roots with a handful of projects that include “The Brass Teapot” and “Jack and Diane.”
Browning has also stayed busy with her pic “Sucker Punch” at Warner Bros. bowing in March and her most recent pic “Sleeping Beauty” which recently preemed in Cannes
Moreno is known for her role in “Maria Full of Grace” and will be seen next in “Cristiada.”
