Brendan Fehr has been tapped to play the lead in indie romantic comedy “Roswell FM” opposite Mirelly Taylor.
Pic begins shooting July 25 in Roswell, N.M. Alan Trever is producing with Jim Spence and Mark Medoff exec producing.
It’s not the first time Fehr has played a role in a production based on the town of Roswell, as he portrayed Michael Guerin on the WB television series “Roswell” from 1999 to 2002.
“Roswell FM” is a lighthearted story about Fehr’s character deciding between his dream job hosting a quirky, UFO-themed talk show in Roswell, and the financial needs of his family. He is surrounded by a group of eccentric characters at the radio station, including the object of his affections, played by Taylor.
Fehr’s had recurring roles in “Bones” and “CSI: Miami” and was last seen in “X-Men: First Class.”
