The pic brought out many of the Marvel crew
HOLLYWOOD — Even with the evil forces of L.A. traffic causing a delay in its July 20 preem, Paramount and Marvel’s “Captain America: The First Avenger” brought out the Hollywood troops.
The evening started with a bump, as many filmgoers were told that the biggest parking structure in the area was full, causing a panic in finding open garages, and then sprints into the theater.
Inside El Capitan, the Marvel family was well-represented, with the pic’s Chris Evans seen chatting up his “Avengers” co-stars Chris Hemsworth and Robert Downey Jr.
A ticket to the preem was so hot that Kevin Smith and Idris Elba took to the balcony with their families to catch the movie.
