Hoffman, Keener, Northam, Walken set for film

Philip Seymour Hoffman, Catherine Keener, Jeremy Northam and Christopher Walken are in tune for indie drama “A Late Quartet,” from writer-director Yaron Zilberman.

Shooting is set to begin near the end of January in New York City.

Hoffman, Kee- ner, Northam and Walken play a world-renowned string quartet struggling to stay together as they mark their 25th anniversary.

Based on his original story, Zilberman wrote the script with Seth Grossman.

Zilberman is producing along with partner Tamar Sela through their Opening Night Prods. banner along with Vanessa Coifman, David Faigenblum, Emanuel Michael and Mandy Tagger. Adi Ezroni, Cassandra Kulukundis and RKO Pictures’ Ted Hartley exec produce. “Quartet” will be produced with Concept Entertainment, Spring Pictures and Unison Films; RKO will distribute domestically.
