Artios Awards took place at the BevHilton

Though the Los Angeles streets were on lockdown due to President Obama’s WeHo dinner Monday night, industry members still braved the traffic to attend the 27th annual Artios Awards at the BevHilton.

Nicole Sullivan served as host of the awards that brought out Bryan Cranston, Shaun Cassidy, Darren Criss and Hailee Steinfeld. The ceremony feted outstanding achievements in casting by the Casting Society of America, with presenter Jason Alexander reminding attendees during the event and later on his Twitter, “When a casting director loves you, they fight for you hard.”

Casting vet Meg Liberman accepted the Hoyt Bowers Award, and Alana de la Garza presented Dick Wolf with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
