Intl. Film Circuit snags ‘Eternity’

Feature docu to play U.S. screens next month

Gotham-based company Intl. Film Circuit has picked up U.S. and Canadian rights to “Into Eternity,” Danish filmmaker Michael Madsen’s feature doc about nuclear waste disposal.

Pic, produced by Magic Hour Films’ Lise Lense-Moller (“Burma VJ”), won the Green Screen Award at the 2010 Intl. Documentary Film Festival in Amsterdam.

Intl. Film Circuit prexy Wendy Lidell negotiated the deal with Films Transit Intl.’s Diana Holtzberg.”

Into Eternity,” released in November in the U.K. by Dogwoof Film Distribution, will bow in the U.S. at Gotham’s Film Forum Feb. 2 ahead of a national rollout.
