BUSAN, South Korea — Iranian filmmaker Asghar Farhadi’s “A Separation” and Turkish pic “Once Upon a Time in Anatolia” by Nuri Bilge Ceylan have received four nominations each in this year’s Asia Pacific Screen Awards.

The nominations was unveiled in Busan on Monday night, and both were on the shortlist for best film, which also included Mohammad Rasoulof’s “Goodbye,” Jiang Wen’s “Let the Bullets Fly” and the Indian movie “Wedding Planners.”

“A Separation,” which won the Golden Bear at the Berlinale this year, was also nominated in the writer and helmer categories for Farhadi, and for thesp Peyman Moadi.

“Anatolia” featured in the best director category for Ceylan, cinematography for Gokhan Tiryaki and screenplay (Ceylan, Ercan Kesal and Ebru Ceylan).

Hong Kong film producer Nansun Shi has been named as prexy of the jury, and the prize will be announced at a ceremony on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, on Nov. 24.
