Specs, made by Marchon3D, launched last week and are available in conjunction with Relativity’s “Immortals,” which bows tonight and goes into wide release Friday.
Move is part of a larger effort by Rogue to become a lifestyle brand. Rogue Life prexy Randall Cox told Variety that the company is in talks with clothing and footwear companies as part of the “nascent push.”
Cox said the glasses will be promoted through media Relativity controls.
The circular-polarized Rogue 3D glasses are compatible with RealD and MasterImage theaters and with the passive-3D TVs and laptops now coming onto the market. They have a suggested retail price of $49.95.
