LONDON — Bollywood producer Eros Intl. announced Friday the signing of a licensing deal for exclusive broadcast of several new and catalog titles on Zee Entertainment’s global television network.
The deal is worth Rupees 640 million ($14.5 million). With this deal, Eros’ presales of music and TV rights for this year total $54 million.
Titles sold to Zee include the forthcoming “Desi Boys,” “No Problem” and “Agent Vinod.” Eros recently concluded similar licensing deals with Sony Television and the Star Network.
The Zee channels are available across South Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australasia and North America.
