Chef Richard Blais is set to topline Science Channel’s cooking skein “Blaisin’.”
The new half-hour series will have “Top Chef” and “Iron Chef America” alum Blais recreate classic American dishes using modern tools and techniques.
Production recently wrapped on a pair of pilots in Gotham.

Debbie Myers, is part of the Discovery Communications empire. Fujisankei Communications Intl. is producing.
