Comic added to web's 'Glory Daze'

Comic Chris D’Elia has joined the cast of TBS’ new laffer “Glory Daze.”

D’Elia plays Stankowski, who serves as an older, oracle-style figure to the members of a college fraternity. The laffer, set at a university in the 1980s, also stars Tim Meadows.

D’Elia has separately signed on to tape a comedy special this month for Comedy Central, where he’s also developing the project “Nocturnal Mission,” penned by Les Firestein and produced by 3 Arts Entertainment.

D’Elia’s other credits include guest spots on “Boston Legal” and “Monk.”

TBS has also announced a roster of guest stars for “Glory Daze,” including Kevin Nealon, Fred Willard, Teri Polo, John Michael Higgins and Andy Richter (soon to be seen on TBS’ “Conan”).”Glory Daze” bows Nov. 16.
