CW has gone two-for-two this fall, giving full season orders to frosh dramas “Nikita” and “Hellcats.”
Netlet also gave a back-nine order to the long-running “One Tree Hill,” which had been on the bubble but has performed solidly for CW this fall.
All three shows hail from Warner Bros. TV and CBS TV Studios.
CW entertainment prexy Dawn Ostroff saud the net gambled with skedding moves this year to give strong launchpads to “Nikita” and “Hellcats.” “We’re thrilled that they’ve paid off for us,” she said.
