CBS restores order to Tom Spezialy’s chaos

What a difference a week makes for Tom Spezialy.

A week ago, Spezialy was hit with the news that his CBS pilot “Chaos,” which was all set to score a midseason pickup, was suddenly dead. Budget squabbles between the Eye and 20th Century Fox TV was to blame.

Now, a week later, CBS has signed Spezialy to a blind script deal. He’ll potentially produce a new project for the network through sister studio CBS TV Studios. More here.
