Rick Jaffe, Joe Bosch, Brandon Riegg, more

Rick Jaffe has been named senior VP and editor-in-chief of Fox Sports Interactive Media. Jaffe will oversee all news and editorial operations for Fox Sports’ digital network. Jaffe was previously senior veep and exec producer for Fox Sports Net’s national production group.

DirecTV has named Joe Bosch executive veep and chief human resources officer. Bosch joins the satcaster from home construction firm Centex, where he was senior veep of human resources.

Brandon Riegg has joined NBC and Universal Media Studios as veep of alternative programming and development. Riegg moves to the Peacock from ABC, where he was exec director of alternative series and specials.

Syfy has upped Karen O’Hara to veep of original movies. O’Hara has been with Syfy since 2005, working on such telepics as “Dinoshark,” “Lake Placid 3” and “Carny.”

Mika El-Baz has been promoted to executive VP of for RCA Music Group. El-Baz, who has been with the company for six years, reports to Tom Corson, RCA’s exec VP and g.m.

Bob Mohler has been upped to senior veep of digital media for Tele-pictures Prods. Mohler, who joined Telepictures in 2000, will continue to oversee digital operations for Tele-pictures and its series, including “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and “Extra.”

NBC Universal Intl. Television Distribution has tapped Enrique Juarez as veep and sales liaison for Latin America. Juarez comes to NBC U from Warner Bros. Entertainment, where he was director of pan-regional advertising sales for Warner Channel Latin America.

Stephan Fleet and Mitch Gates have joined post-production house Encore Hollywood. Fleet, previously a freelancer for the company, will serve as creative director. Gates has been tapped as the CG supervisor after working as a supervisor for Prime Focus. In addition, Encore has promoted Tom Kendall to exec producer.
