Warner Bros. Intl. TV Distribution has promoted Caroline Lang to senior veep and managing director, France. Lang, previously VP and managing director, oversees all of the studio’s television distribution operations in France.

Neil Smith has been tapped as senior veepee, U.S. business development, global digital business for Sony Music Entertainment. Smith comes from Rhapsody Intl. where he was senior VP of business development. Smith will be based in Gotham.

Erin Corbett has joined Allied Integrated Marketing as senior veep of marketing and branded entertainment. Corbett spent eight years with Warner Bros., most recently as senior VP, national promotions, feature film marketing.

Barbara Abseck has been upped to veep of East Coast communications for CBS. She serves as the media liaison for the Eye marketing group’s advertising and promotion campaigns.

A. Smith & Co. Prods. has promoted Joe Heally to director of business development. Heally has been with the reality TV production shingle since 2007, working in development on such series as “Trading Spaces” and “I Survived a Japanese Game Show.” A. Smith has also promoted Katie Srednicki to manager of development.

Nicole Roeberg has joined praisery Prime. Roeberg previously worked in the communications department at WME and Endeavor. Prime was formed last year by former Endeavor corporate communications head Michael Donkis and PR vet Joy Fehily.

Pam Alfa has been upped to local sales manager at KCBS-TV Los Angeles. Alfa has served as an account executive for the CBS O&O since 2000. CBS has also named Leslie Keane as research director for KCBS and sibling station KCAL-TV.
