NBC is making some moves in its alternative programming department.
Peacock has moved Enrique Guillen from Telemundo to NBC as VP of alternative programming and production, while Nicole Silveira has been upped to manager of alternative series and specials.
Both execs report to NBC alternative chief Paul Telegdy.
“Enrique is a strong and creative addition to our team who excelled at Telemundo in alternative programming,” Telegdy said. “Nicole is a quick study who has demonstrated a keen knowledge of our business as well as a knack for developing the next wave of alternative programs.”
At Telemundo, Guillen was VP of alternative programming and operations, working on projects such as “12 Corazones” and helping found Telemundo Studios.
Silveira, who was previously an associate in the department, is overseeing new entry “Minute to Win It” and will help with the net’s alternative development and current series.
